What started out as a simple way to spend more time with Paul's parents and family has turned into a major renovation project and ultimately a peaceful sanctuary just outside the town of Hamilton, New York and the home of Colgate University. From small windows in tiny, cold rooms, we have completed the largest part of the restoration of our 1842 farmhouse to a light filled space that truly defines the phrase "chic, modern farmhouse".
The main home consists of 5 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, large formal living, dining room, great room, gourmet kitchen and laundry room. The attached carriage house has an additional bedroom with full bathroom above a large game room with pool table, electronic dart board and dry bar. The home is @ 4500 Sq. Ft in size.
